2. Cookies
This website does not use cookies: no technical, profiling or third-party cookies. There are no analytics tools, tracking pixels or social buttons that set cookies. For this reason, no consent banner is displayed.
3. Browsing data
The computer systems hosting this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser user-agent). This information is processed solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is retained only for as long as strictly necessary, according to the hosting provider's settings.
4. OpenStreetMap map
The "Find Us" section embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap, a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK). When the map loads, your browser transmits to OpenStreetMap's servers your IP address and the technical data needed to deliver the map tiles. 5. Contact by phone, email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, message content) is processed solely to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and retained only for as long as needed to handle it. Using WhatsApp involves data processing by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy: choosing this channel is entirely optional, with phone and email available as alternatives.
6. Links to third-party websites
This website contains links to external services (e.g. our Google Business listing with reviews, social media profiles). These links are only activated by the user's voluntary action and lead to websites with their own privacy policies, over which the Controller has no control.
7. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to info@otticacalabra.com or otticacalabra@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
